After leaving the rhythms of the city, a very pleasant quietness takes over. Consuegra today appears as a quiet town, located in the heart of Castilla-La Mancha. The urban center is located in the plain. Spanish Square is the center from which you can start to admire the churches (dedicated respectively to Santa Maria, San Juan, Santa Cruz and San Raphael), the Franciscan Monastery, the Prior's Palace, the buildings in the old part of the city and, a little further away, the remains of the Roman dam.
