This policy describes exactly what data the Secret World — Hidden Gems app for ChatGPT
receives, what it returns, and how that data is handled. The app is operated by
Secret World (sworld.co.uk). It has no login, no account, and no access to your
ChatGPT account or conversation history beyond the specific requests described below.
1 · What the app receives (inputs)
The app exposes three tools. When ChatGPT calls them on your behalf, our server receives
only the parameters of that call:

We also receive standard technical data required to serve any web request: the calling
server's IP address (this is OpenAI's infrastructure, not your device), timestamp,
and request status. We do not receive: your name, email, ChatGPT account details,
device identifiers, precise geolocation, or any part of your conversation other than the
tool parameters above.
2 · What the app returns (outputs)
Each tool returns editorial content from the Secret World catalogue: place names,
short descriptions, geographic coordinates of the places (not of you), photos, and links
to the corresponding pages on sworld.co.uk. Outputs contain no personal data.
3 · Purposes of processing
- Answering your request — matching your query to places in our catalogue (contractual necessity / legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6.1.b/f).
- Security and abuse prevention — rate limiting and blocking malicious traffic (legitimate interest).
- Aggregate service statistics — counting how often tools and destinations are requested, using data that no longer identifies any request author. We do not build user profiles and do not use this data for advertising.
4 · Recipients of the data
- OpenAI — as the platform, OpenAI transmits your tool requests to us and shows you our responses inside ChatGPT. OpenAI's own handling of your conversation is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
- Our hosting provider (OVHcloud, EU data centres) — technical infrastructure on which the service runs.
- No other recipients. We do not sell data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not transfer it outside the necessary infrastructure above.
5 · Retention
- Tool request parameters and technical logs: kept up to 30 days for security and debugging, then deleted or irreversibly aggregated.
- Aggregate statistics (counts with no request text or IP): kept indefinitely.
6 · Your rights and controls
- You choose when the app is used: it only receives data when you (or ChatGPT on your explicit request) invoke a tool. You can disconnect the app at any time from ChatGPT's connector settings.
- Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or object to processing: write to info@sworld.co.uk. We answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (for Italy: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
- Note: since requests are not linked to your identity, to act on a specific log entry we may need the approximate time and text of the request.
7 · Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your
jurisdiction) and does not knowingly process their data.
8 · Changes
We will update this page when the app's tools or data handling change; the effective
date above always reflects the current version.

Non riceviamo: nome, email, dati dell'account ChatGPT, identificativi del
dispositivo, geolocalizzazione precisa, né altre parti della conversazione.
2 · Cosa restituisce l'app (output)
Contenuti editoriali del catalogo Secret World: nomi dei luoghi, descrizioni,
coordinate dei luoghi (non tue), foto e link alle pagine su sworld.co.uk. Nessun dato
personale negli output.
3 · Finalità
- Rispondere alla richiesta (esecuzione del servizio / legittimo interesse, art. 6.1.b/f GDPR).
- Sicurezza e prevenzione abusi (rate limiting, blocco traffico malevolo).
- Statistiche aggregate sull'uso degli strumenti e delle destinazioni, su dati che non identificano l'autore. Nessuna profilazione, nessuna pubblicità.
4 · Destinatari
- OpenAI — come piattaforma trasmette le richieste e mostra le risposte in ChatGPT; il trattamento della conversazione è regolato dalla privacy policy di OpenAI.
- Hosting (OVHcloud, datacenter UE) — infrastruttura tecnica.
- Nessun altro destinatario. Nessuna vendita di dati, nessuna condivisione con inserzionisti.
5 · Conservazione
- Parametri delle richieste e log tecnici: fino a 30 giorni per sicurezza e debug, poi cancellati o aggregati in modo irreversibile.
- Statistiche aggregate (conteggi senza testo né IP): senza limite.
6 · Diritti e controlli dell'utente
- L'app riceve dati solo quando tu (o ChatGPT su tua richiesta esplicita) invochi uno strumento; puoi disconnetterla in ogni momento dalle impostazioni connettori di ChatGPT.
- Ai sensi del GDPR puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione oppure opporti al trattamento scrivendo a info@sworld.co.uk (risposta entro 30 giorni). Puoi inoltre presentare reclamo al Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.
7 · Minori
Il servizio non è rivolto a minori di 13 anni (o dell'età minima prevista nella tua
giurisdizione) e non ne tratta consapevolmente i dati.
8 · Modifiche
Aggiorneremo questa pagina a ogni cambiamento degli strumenti o del trattamento; la
data in alto riflette sempre la versione corrente.
