കെല്ലെര് ധാരാ Park is a city park in downtown പോര്ട്ല്യാംഡ്, ഒറിഗൺ, which opened in 1970. കേന്ദ്ര feature of the park is the concrete water fountain. കെല്ലെര് ധാരാ പലപ്പോഴും സൂചിപ്പിച്ചതു പോലെ ഒരു മറക്കാനാവാത്ത feature of the public landscape in downtown പോര്ട്ല്യാംഡ്, and in 1999 was awarded a doubler from the American Society of Landscape ശിൽപ്പികൾ.
