Tour Philippe-le-Bel je srednjovjekovna kula u Villeneuve-lès-Avignon koja je obilježila francuski kraj mosta Saint-Bénézet preko Rone između Kraljevine Francuske i papske teritorije Avignona. Ime je dobio po francuskom kralju Philippe-le-belu (Filip IV 'sajam') koji je bio odgovoran za njegovu izgradnju.
Toranj sa samo D a sprata za ršen je 1302.godine. Uprkos protestima grofa Provence i stanovništva Avignona, Philippe-le-Bel je napredovao i izgradio kapiju na kraju mosta. Kula i kapija bili su dio tvrđave sa zidom za zavjese koji je zatvarao nekoliko zgrada, uključujući kapelu i rezidenciju za châtelain. Treći sprat dodan je kuli sredinom 14.vijeka.
Most Saint-Bénézet napušten je 1669.godine, a tvrđava je tada prestala služiti bilo kojoj korisnoj funkciji. Francuska kruna je nastavila da plaća za popravke, ali nakon Francuske revolucije zgrade su napuštene i dozvoljeno da padnu u ruševine. 1822. godine grad Villeneuve-lès-Avignon odlučio je srušiti svu tvrđavu osim sadašnje kule. Naveden je kao spomenik historique 1862. godine i sada je otvoren za javnost.
