Dette optager det meste af blokken (cirka 2700m²), og i 1.cent. BC sluttede sig sammen eksisterende bygninger gennem renoveringer og renoveringer. Navnet kommer fra bronsstatuen af Apollo Cithara-spilleren, der findes i peristylen (nu på Napoli-museet, ligesom de skulpturer, der er nævnt senere).
