Fontanna rybna i monumentalna fontanna zaprojektowana przez Luigi Vanvitelli i zlokalizowana na Piazza Side di Largo Campo. Ze względu na swoje położenie w średniowiecznym Largo del Campo, naprzeciwko pałacu genueńskiego, a także znanego jako fontanna Campo. Kompozycja wygląda jak półkolista wanna umieszczona na dwóch stopniach. Fasada w kształcie trapezu przeplatana jest czterema pilastrami z frontonem i czterema marmurowymi wazonami. Pięć fontann: jedna z marmurowej muszli umieszczonej we wnęce pośrodku frontonu, dwa z delfinów znajdujących się na krawędzi wanny i dwie z masek Bachusa umieszczonych między dwiema parami pilastrów. Po dramatycznym trzęsieniu ziemi w 1980 r.pomnik poważnie uszkodził górną część pracy, co spowodowało usunięcie czterech marmurowych naczyń pod groźbą upadku. Odrestaurowane w warsztatach Muzeum Diecezjalnego, wróciły później do swojej pierwotnej lokalizacji.
