A Torre do Reloxo ten vistas á Piazza della Libertà na que se abren como corolario o Concello e o Palazzo Sangallo. A torre, que tamén serve de campanario para a veciña Colexiata de San Francisco, ten catro cuadrantes: o primeiro na parte superior indica as fases da lúa, o segundo (o reloxo de sol mecánico) marca as horas "italianas", o terceiro (o reloxo astronómico) indica as horas e minutos, o cuarto (o reloxo do calendario) indica os días da semana e o mes. Baixo o último cuadrante, hai un pequeno reloxo de sol que foi empregado polo "moderador" para repoñer o reloxo astronómico. O reloxo marca as horas e os cuartos. Ao mediodía soan varios golpes seguidos dunha breve harmonía.
É obra de Antonio Podrini de Sant'Angelo in Vado quen a construíu en 1822.

4o - DÍAS, MES E SEMANA Baixo os catro cuadrantes está o reloxo de sol.
