Puccia adalah jenis roti khas Puglia selatan, dengan rasa dan bentuk yang tidak salah lagi. Ada beberapa versi, dengan lebih atau kurang remah di dalamnya, tergantung pada daerah asalnya. Di daerah Gallipoli, Puccia, di sini disebut Puccia caddhipulina, disiapkan dengan banyak remah dan biasanya dibumbui dengan ikan teri dan caper, tetapi juga tuna, minyak zaitun extra virgin, dan tomat. Sebaliknya, Puccia leccese praktis tanpa remah, karena dirancang untuk memberi ruang bagi tambalan yang melimpah. Uliata, di sisi lain, adalah Puccia dengan dimensi yang lebih kecil, disiapkan dengan minyak, zaitun hitam dan cabai: lezat.
