Puccia adalah sejenis roti khas terutama Puglia Selatan, dengan rasa dan bentuk yang tidak ketara. Terdapat beberapa versi, dengan lebih kurang serbuk di dalam, bergantung kepada kawasan asal. Di kawasan Gallipoli, Puccia, di sini dipanggil Puccia caddhipulina, disediakan dengan banyak serbuk dan biasanya berpengalaman dengan ikan bilis dan capers, tetapi juga tuna, minyak zaitun tambahan dan tomato. Puccia leccese sebaliknya praktikal tanpa serbuk, kerana ia direka untuk memberi ruang untuk tampalan yang banyak. Uliata, sebaliknya, adalah Puccia dengan dimensi yang lebih kecil, disiapkan dengan minyak, zaitun hitam dan lada cili: lezat. Secara tradisinya, puccia disediakan pada 7 Disember, pada malam perayaan Immaculate Conception, untuk dinikmati pada keesokan harinya.
