Aquesta ala de La Biblioteca Nacional Víctor Manuel III conserva el valuós I poc conegut fons Lucchesi Palli, establert el 1888 quan El Comte Febo Edoardo Lucchesi Palli de la noble família Campofranco va donar la seva extensa biblioteca a l'estat. El comte no només va donar els seus llibres i manuscrits, sinó també mobles i prestatgeries de la seva biblioteca, fent-los transportar i adaptar a la seva pròpia despesa. Les habitacions van ser embellides pels artesans més buscats de la ciutat. El fons original constava de més de 30.000 volums (llibrets, obres teatrals i literatura Japonesa en la llengua original). Des de llavors s'ha desenvolupat considerablement, convertint-se en un referent per a la música, el teatre i el cinema. El fons inclou moltes cartes del compositor D'òpera Giuseppe Verdi; tots els manuscrits i publicacions del cèlebre poeta Salvatore Di Giacomo – que també va ser bibliotecari aquí; uns 2.500 textos de principis del segle 19 i L'arxiu Raffaele Viviani, que abasta tota la carrera del gran actor I escriptor Napolità.
