Selles Victor Emmanuel III Rahvusraamatukogu tiivas on väärtuslik ja vähetuntud Lucchesi Palli kogu, mis asutati 1888.aastal, kui Campofranco aadliperekonna krahv Febo Edoardo Lucchesi Palli annetas riigile oma ulatusliku raamatukogu. Krahv annetas oma raamatukogust lisaks raamatutele ja käsikirjadele ka mööbli ja riiulid, lastes neid oma kulul transportida ja kohandada. Seejärel kaunistasid toad linna kõige nõutumad käsitöölised. Algne kogu koosnes enam kui 30 000 köitest (libretod, teatriteosed ja Jaapani kirjandus originaalkeeles). Sellest ajast alates on see märkimisväärselt arenenud, muutudes muusika, teatri ja kino referentsiks.
