L’architetto, Alfredo Campanini, affascinato dall’Art Nouveau, sceglie di costruire per la sua famiglia un edificio splendido. Di grande impatto sono le due cariatidi all’ingresso, realizzate dallo scultore Michele Vedani. Il cancello in ferro battuto con motivi floreali, disegnato dallo stesso architetto viene realizzato da Alessandro Mazzucotelli. Questi motivi liberty in ferro battuto si possono ritrovare anche all’interno del palazzo e nella gabbia dell’ascensore. Il palazzo è ricco di vetri policromi, fregi ed affreschi. Gli arredi interni e le ceramiche sono ancora in stile Liberty. Il portico del cortile presenta un soffitto con disegni di mazzi di ciliegie rosse ed un lampadario in ferro battuto.
