Neskuchniy Garden, Den ældste park i Moskva, er nu en del af Central Park of Culture. Det ligger langs Moskva-floden og dækker et areal på 100 hektar. Haven blev oprettet ved dekretet af Nicholas I i 1847 på det land, der tilhørte tre palæer på bredden af Moskva - floden-Golitsyn, Demidov og Trubetskoy. Forresten arvede haven sit navn fra prins Trubetskoy ' s ejendom kaldet "Neskuchnoye".
Neskuchniy Garden har bevaret Grev Orlovs hus, 1796, huset med en rotunda på bredden af den Elisabetanske Dam, stenbuebroen og broerne over kløfter. Haven kan lige så godt betragtes som en skov, der kombinerer charmen ved et fuldblods sted med den rige historie og det moderne sted for resten af byboerne.
