Royal Palace lies right in the heart of Rabat. The Royal Palace in Rabat is the official residence of King Hassan II of Morocco, but he lives and works in many other royal palaces around Morocco as well. The Palace is partly open to the public. Tourists are allowed to enter the grounds of the Palace and have a walk in its gardens, but are not allowed to enter the Palace. Still, it is a very fascinating sight to see.
