El bulevar Ring es una de las principales vías del centro de Moscú, que atraviesa la desmantelada muralla de la Ciudad Blanca. A finales del siglo XVIII la ciudad creció, la muralla perdió su importancia defensiva y fue desmantelada para ser sustituida por bulevares: Gogol, Nikolsky, Tver, Strastnoy, Petrovski, Rozhdestvensky, Sretenski, Chistoprudniy, Pokrovsky, Yauzsky. La longitud del anillo del bulevar es de más de 9 km. Parece una herradura, cuyos extremos llegan hasta el río Moscova. El Anillo del Bulevar, que es un monumento del arte paisajístico, es un lugar favorito de descanso y paseo de los moscovitas.
