La cabra neretesa és una especialitat agroalimentària del territori dels municipis De Nereto, Torano Nuovo, Corropoli, Controlguerra, Sant'omero, Ancarano i Colonnella, tots a La província de Teramo. El plat, amb carn ambre-vermella, es presenta amb salsa de tomàquet acompanyada de pebrots vermells fregits. També hi ha la recepta De "Turquia alla neretese". Es triga 4 hores incloent temps de cocció (llargs).
Gaudir-ne al màxim seguint l'estacionalitat del pebrot que passa, Des De Setmana Santa fins al setembre, correspon a l'època ideal per a dinars a l'aire lliure.
