Top of the World
The Tabernas Desert, the only desert geographically considered as such located in Europe, is an arid garrigue site located in the province of Almería in Andalusia, Spain, about 30 km north of the city of Almería. A very fascinating desert, the site of the filming of famous Sergio Leone westerns. Unfortunately, not much exploited, as there are nowhere signs for trails or information of any kind. Even on the Internet it is difficult to find information.
