Hundertwasser കെട്ടിടം ( വനം Spiral ) is a residential building complex located in Darmstadt, Germany. The building has a unique കാലക്രമേണ ഭർത്താ which doesn ' t follow ഒരു സാധാരണ grid pattern and windows appear as if they are നൃത്തം out of line and appear out of order. It was designed by Viennese artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser ഒടുവിൽ planned and implemented by architect ഹീൻസ് എം. Springmann. It contains 105 apartments, an inner courtyard, ഒരു ചെറിയ കൃത്രിമ തടാകം കൂടാതെ ഒരു കളിസ്ഥലം for children. The building has 12 floors.
