Bad Ischlis asuv Kaiservilla oli keiser Franz Joseph I Ja Austria keisrinna Elisabethi suveresidents, tuntud kui Sisi. Algselt oli palee biidermeieri villa, mis kuulus Viini notarile nimega Josef August Eltz. 1850.aastal ostis selle Dr Eduard Mastalier. Pärast Franz Josephi kihlumist Baieri printsess Elisabethiga 1853.aastal ostis Franz Josephi Ema, Baieri printsess Sophie, Villa paarile Pulmakingiks.
Järgnevatel aastatel muutis ja laiendas Villa uusklassitsistlikus stiilis Antonio Legrenzi. Olemasolevat keskosa laiendati pargi poole ja maja algselt tagumine osa muudeti nii, et see moodustaks sissepääsu klassikaliste sammaste ja tympanaga. Ehitati veel kaks tiiba.
Villa ümbritseb suur inglise stiilis park. Arhitektuurne ansambel oma kaasaegsel kujul valmis 1860.aastal. Ehitust aeglustas oluliselt asjaolu, et kuningliku perekonna kohaloleku tõttu ei saanud see suvekuudel edasi minna.
Täna, mõis on koduks ertshertsog Markus Habsburgile,kuid pakub ka avalikkusele ekskursioone.
