¿A quién no le gusta un poco de color en su plato? De la provincia de Pescara, concretamente de Collecorvino, donde cada año se celebra un festival dedicado a ello, vienen pipindune e ove. Un plato único del verano, son pimientos fritos y huevos batidos, un triunfo del rojo, el verde y el amarillo. No precisamente ligero, pero sí delicioso, este plato era el típico desayuno campesino, que se tomaba a media mañana para descansar del trabajo en el campo: hoy es la estrella de los picnics y de las salidas fuera de la ciudad, sobre todo cuando se utiliza como relleno de bocadillos.
