The Ardo സ്ട്രീം ഉയരുന്നു at the foot of the എം. Schiara, in the heart of the National Park, and flows into the Piave in Belluno. The Pont de la Mortìs (എം 514 above sea level) overlooks an impressive canyon of നദിയുടെ ഉത്ഭവം excavated in the rock formation വിളിച്ചു Scaglia rossa, dating back to the ടേര്ഷ്യറി era, Paleogene period and Paleocene യുഗം (era prior to the formation of the Flysch of Belluno), കണക്കാക്കിയ ഏകദേശം 65 million years ago.
