The Geigenbaumuseum (Violin Making മ്യൂസിയം) was founded in 1930 and has been housed in one of the oldest and most beautiful buildings in Mittenwald since 1960. The displays highlight the craft of violin, making its development over more than three-hundred years, as well as its links with the history of the local community.
