Top of the World
Just after dusk you start to see an intermittence of small lights, until it becomes an amazing show where thousands of fireflies flash in the fields. All this accompanied by the song of crickets: just stop for a moment to enter a perfect and magical world. The National Geographic has also awarded as Daily Dozen the shots of a famous photographer, Massimo Gugliucciello, who has intotolato some of his shots just: "The magic of fireflies in the Valley of the Sele. For years fascinated by this spectacle of nature, I have been looking for a way to be able, at least in part, to show this spectacle of creation. And Gugliucciello has certainly succeeded in his tenacious intent, attracting the attention of the prestigious magazine.
