The Sarv-ഇ Abarkuh (Abarkuh സരളവൃക്ഷവും) is believed to be one of the oldest trees in the world as its age is estimated to be between 4,000 – 5,000 years. It is hard to place an exact age on the tree, but it has been കൃഷി for many years. Legend says that the tree was നട്ടു by Zoroaster, ഒരു ഇറാനിയൻ പ്രവാചകന്, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ Japheth, the third son of the വേദപുസ്തക ചിത്രം നോഹ.
