An incredible place where craftsmen with skillful hands repair broken arms and legs of dolls from all over the world, renew their clothes and oil their gears. The Hospital of Dolls is located in Naples, in Via San Biagio dei Librai, in the heart of the historic center. It seems rhetorical to say that from 1800 to today, through four generations, the Doll's Hospital has continued a handcrafted discourse born from the love for beauty, for everything at least what was beautiful but that time and other things have upset and that precisely because of this love returns to the glories of the past. The restoration of objects, Saints, shepherds dolls becomes quality craftsmanship in the hospital, it becomes art precisely because the four generations mentioned have been handed down, in addition to all the secrets of the craft, love, passion and the desire to return the smile to those in line, in front of the door of this unique workshop waiting, as in a clinic, their turn; there are adults, children, all for the same reason: to find in their objects the lost splendor.
