From Plaza Héroes de Cavite you will see this marvelous clock tower. It is part of the triangle-shaped Palacio Consistorial (Cartagena’s City Hall). Enter this iron door for one of two tourist information centers in the city. The other office is located in Plaza Almirante Bastarreche.
