El arquitecto Alfredo Campanini, fascinado por el Art Nouveau, optó por construir un espléndido edificio para su familia. Las dos cariátides de la entrada, realizadas por el escultor Michele Vedani, son de gran impacto. La verja de hierro forjado con motivos florales, diseñada por el mismo arquitecto, es obra de Alessandro Mazzucotelli. Estos motivos Art Nouveau en hierro forjado también se encuentran en el interior del palacio y en la jaula del ascensor. El palacio es rico en vidrios policromados, frisos y frescos. El mobiliario interior y la cerámica siguen siendo de estilo Art Nouveau. El porche del patio tiene un techo con diseños de racimos de cerezas rojas y una araña de hierro forjado.
