Įsikūręs centrinėje padėtyje, jis turi trapecijos formos planą su paminklu, skirtu Vittorio Emanuele II centre (pastatytas vietoje 1881 m.) ir kolona, kurioje yra Šv. Vienoje iš trumpų pusių kyla laikrodžio bokštas, datuojamas secolo šalia jo stovi Palazzo dell ' Accademia dei Concordi (1814), o priešingą pusę užima gražus palazzo Roverella, pastatytas 1475 m.pagal Biagio Rossetti iš Ferrara.
